Non-Disclosure Agreement. See Confidentiality Agreement.

A party agrees that it will not engage in business activities that compete against a company. Often seen in an employment context where an employee agrees not to compete against his or her employer/former employer.

A party agrees not to encourage another party’s employees or customers to end their relationship with that party (i.e. poaching, head hunting or luring away an employee or customer).
